Material: Doormats are crafted from durable coir fibers with a thick vinyl backing for stability. Thickness: Approximately 0.65 inches thick. Weight: Standard size mats weigh over 5 lbs, while the 24x36-inch size weighs over 7 lbs.
Care Instructions
To extend the life of your doormat: Keep it in a sheltered location to avoid exposure to extreme weather or water. Harsh elements may darken the natural coir fibers.
If the mat becomes wet, flip it over to dry completely. Clean the mat by sweeping away dirt and debris.
Image and Printing Details Printing Process
Designs are UV ink printed directly onto the coir fibers (not hand-painted). The ink is permanent and deeply absorbed into the fibers, creating a lasting design.
Our processing and production time is 5 business days. All orders will be shipped with tracking within this timeframe, unless there is an issue with your order.
Currently, we offer black designs only (no color or white designs). Our black ink is a true, deep black and is printed twice for maximum boldness and clarity. We cannot accept 'black out' designs or designs that cover over 80% of the mat in black ink. We will reach out with any issues if your design meets this criteria.
Damage and Replacement Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction and will promptly address any issues with your order.
Damaged Items: If the doormat arrives damaged, please provide images of the item, the damage, and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to file a claim with the courier. Please have the recipient keep the damaged mat and packaging until we confirm it can be disposed of.
Resolution: If the damage is courier-related, we’ll submit a claim and send a replacement within 3 business days of receiving the required images.
If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or internal damage), send us a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement within 48 hours, including tracking information.

Branding + Gift Notes
You are welcome to send your custom insert cards directly to our warehouse, and we will include them with each order. If you choose to provide your own insert cards, our generic care instructions and thank-you cards will not be included.
We are happy to include a gift note with your order! Simply enter the message during checkout, and we’ll ensure it’s added to the package.
